What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Debit and Apple Pay.
At the moment we are not able to accept American Express.
Do you offer anything for the locals?
STJ and STT residents with local ID or proof of residence get a 10% discount on rentals and boutique items. Sunda is locals day with depper discounts for our local supporters.
Can we use an umbrella?
Umbrellas are not permitted on Honeymoon Beach which is a designated turtle nesting area.
This is mandated by the National Park.
These packages are not right for me. Can I still come to the beach?
Yes! You can use the trail and have an entirely free beach experience.
Or! You may shuttle down to the beach and use your own towels.
Or! You may want to carry your own chairs down the trail.
We realize everyone’s beach expereince looks a little different. The beach club is a slightly elevated experience. We acknowledge many beaches are crowded adn noisy and we want this to be a serene experience, enjoying nature with the bonus of added amenities.
Is the beach National Park Property? Is this public or private?
The simple answer is both.
Therefore there are NPS rules and CBBC rules. All rules put in place are to ensure an amazing beach experience for all guests.
What about the spa on the hill?
Spa services coming soon.
What about lunch and snacks?
We hope to have dining services available in January. There is no dining option at tis time we are sorry to say, soon come!
Is there WiFi?
No there is no public WiFi at this time.
What about showers or restroom?
Showers are designed for a quick rinse to keep the beautiful sand on our beaches. Both showers and restrooms are available to all guests and visitors.
Is this the same Caneel Bay?
Not really. We are a separate entity aligned with the Caneel Bay Resort Tteam that has been asked to bring a certain quality beach experience.
Anything else we need to know before our visit?
Yes! Please not – bicycles, umbrellas, chairs, coolers are not permitted via the front gate entrance. Single use plastic, paper gods, glass, music and pets are not permitted at all.

Overview of the Boutique and Web store
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for gift cards and products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Reservations
We have a 48hr cancellation policy for full refund. Please contact shop@caneelbaybeachclub.com
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@caneelbaybeachclub.com and we will provide a shipping address to process your exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
