For your Safety:

  • Do not leave valuables unattended
  • Stand only in sand
  • Do not stand on or touch coral or rocks
  • Beware of Fire Coral and Sea Urchins
  • No surfing or skim boarding in designated swim areas
  • Body surfing is not advised
  • Nudity is prohibited
  • Do not snorkel alone
  • Always wear reef-safe sunscreen

Help us protect our natural resources

  • Remove all trash when you leave
  • Do not feel fish or wildlife
  • Campfires are prohibited
  • No pets allowed
  • No glass on beach

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Debit and Apple Pay.
At the moment we are not able to accept American Express.

Do you offer anything for the locals?
STJ and STT residents with local ID or proof of residence get a 10% discount on rentals and boutique items. Sunday is local’s day with deeper discounts for our local supporters. 

Can we use an umbrella?
Umbrellas are not permitted on Honeymoon Beach which is a designated turtle nesting area.
This is mandated by the National Park.

These packages are not right for me. Can I still come to the beach?
Yes! You can use the trail and have an entirely free beach experience.
Or!  You may shuttle down to the beach and use your own towels.
Or!  You may want to carry your own chairs down the trail. 
We realize everyone’s beach experience looks a little different. The beach club is a slightly elevated experience. We acknowledge many beaches are crowded and noisy and we want this to be a serene experience, enjoying nature with the bonus of added amenities.


Is the beach National Park Property? Is this public or private?

The simple answer is both.
Therefore there are NPS rules and CBBC rules. All rules put in place are to ensure an amazing beach experience for all guests. 

What about the spa on the hill?
Spa services coming soon.

What about lunch and snacks?
Lunch and snack options are available. Please check out our menu online.

Is there WiFi?
No there is no public WiFi at this time.

What about showers or restroom?
Showers are designed for a quick rinse to keep the beautiful sand on our beaches. Both showers and restrooms are available to all guests and visitors.

Is this the same Caneel Bay?
We are a separate entity aligned with the Caneel Bay Resort Team that has been asked to bring a certain quality beach experience.

Anything else we need to know before our visit?
Yes! Please no – bicycles, umbrellas. Personal chairs are permitted however, a transport fee is applied when using the shuttle, though two types of beach chairs are available for rental.
Coolers are permitted, but no alcohol or glass please and will be checked upon arrival.

Please note that single use plastic, glass, speakers and pets are not permitted to protect the serenity of our location and in keeping with NPS rules and regulations.
